UBC Extended Learning (ExL) is pleased to announce the Vancouver Summer Program (VSP) has joined its program offerings. The VSP is a four-week experiential academic program that has been attracting international undergraduate students for almost 10 years. The program provides students with the opportunity to experience living on the UBC campus while studying courses taught by UBC faculty instructors.
Over the next decade, more than 800,000 jobs will need workers with post-secondary education. In addition to this, people will need skills to adapt to new technology and economic shifts. Offered in conjunction with the UBC Departments of Computer Science and Statistics, the UBC Certificate in Key Capabilities in Data Science is 100% online and provides a flexible, part-time curriculum for early- and mid-career learners.
