Rhonda Margolis, EdD, CEC, PCC, is a consultant, coach and facilitator with a passion for supporting individual and organizational change. As principal of RLM Learning Innovations, Rhonda designs organizational training programs and provides coaching for leadership and team development. She is the lead instructor with the Certificate in Organizational Coaching at UBC, and a long-time instructor with the UBC Certificate in Intercultural Studies.
Rhonda is a Certified Executive Coach credentialed with the International Coach Federation, and holds a doctorate in educational leadership and policy, and a master of arts in counselling psychology.
