You can apply at any time for this program. A $175 non-refundable application fee is due upon acceptance to the program.

Follow These Steps to Start the Program

1. Complete the online application form.
2. A program advisor will contact you.
3. Once you have been accepted into the program, pay the $175 application fee. You can then register for courses and have them applied toward the program requirements.

You can have up to two English Communication Skills courses applied toward your award of achievement if you’ve taken the courses in the past year.

Graduation Requirements

To be awarded the UBC Award of Achievement in Business English for International Professionals, you must complete all four required courses and at least two elective courses, and attend 80% of your scheduled classes. Once you’re accepted into the program, all required courses and two elective courses must be completed within 18 months.

To receive your official award of achievement certificate, please complete this graduation request form. Ensure you have completed all course requirements (based on when you enrolled in the program) before submitting a graduation request.
