The Peter A. Allard School of Law Executive Learning Program in Mining Law and Sustainability provides the skills to understand mining laws and regulations in Canada, and instruments that govern sustainable mining practices both here and internationally throughout the lifecycle of a mining project. This program is ideal for mining industry executives, lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel and mining industry service professionals.
