Indy Batth

INDY BATTH, MEd, PCC, is Director at ikb Coaching & Consulting. She is a coach and group facilitator with more than 25 years’ expertise, and is trained in executive, neuroscience and team/systems coaching. She’s committed to inclusive leadership, building equitable teams and socially just organizations, and takes an anti-racist, anti-oppressive systems approach as a coach and facilitator.

Indy’s work is informed by her lived experience as a racialized woman and immigrant settler living in Vancouver, BC, the traditional territories of the Coast Salish First Nations People, along with graduate work focused on anti-racist, feminist theory and health and wellbeing.

In her practice and her work, Indy focuses on personal and systemic culture shift. She designs and facilitates learning that addresses the influence of intersecting social identities (race, gender, class, sexuality), and the systems and structures within which these lived experiences take place. With a grounded, measured approach, she strives to hold space for both the personal and systemic work, and takes a stand for the integration of both in order to build equitable workplace cultures, and as the most powerful way to create and sustain organizational transformation and culture shift.

A passion for ongoing learning guides the continuous evolution of Indy’s work, as well as her response to the changing social needs of individuals and organizations. She has training in Deep Diversity®, the psychology of conflict, trauma-informed somatic experiencing, mindfulness and wellbeing. She is certified to administer Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0), Power Intelligence® (DPI) and strengths (Clifton Strengths) assessments.
