Linda J. Alexander, MA, CEC, PCC, is the former Director of Career Services for the University of British Columbia and currently provides executive coaching, consulting, leadership development, training and career development, transition and outplacement services for local and international clients. Her past and present clients and work experience cross various industry sectors from post-secondary settings and the private sector to government departments and included contract work for VANOC. Linda has also held Board of Director roles with The Counselling Foundation of Canada, CERIC and The French Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, Linda currently teaches business courses that focus on human resource management and organizational effectiveness. Linda views coaching as a collaborative partnership designed to fuse her client’s passion, creativity, and possibility with purpose, action, and performance. Linda utilizes an array of assessment tools in her work (e.g. EBW Business Emotional Intelligence, CPI-260™, MBTI etc.) and offers in-person, telephone and Skype coaching services to her clients.
