Dr. Lynn Hancock received her PhD in Political Science from Yale University in 2018. In 2019 she began work as a Policy Analyst in workforce planning at B.C.'s Ministry of Health, and in 2022 became the Director responsible for workforce planning, research, and reporting. Dr. Hancock leads a team focused on research and data driven workforce planning and is particularly interested in supply-demand modeling using population health data and the use of AI and other technologies in the health sector to support and optimize service delivery.
