Oliver Lane

OLIVER LANE, BBE, MF, is a Manager, Teaching and Learning at the UBC Sustainability Hub.

Oliver brings 20 years of diverse experience in environmental education, program management, poverty reduction work and non-profit organizational leadership. In his current role as Manager, Teaching and Learning at the UBC Sustainability Hub, Oliver manages programs such as the Sustainability Fellowship to support faculty as they develop sustainability and climate content and pedagogy.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Buenos Aires, Argentina, a Diploma in Non-Profit Organization Management from Universidad de San Andres, Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Master of Forestry, University of British Columbia, with a focus in sustainability planning.

Oliver sits on the Board of the Vancouver-based non-profit Society Promoting Environmental Conservation.
